random thoughts..

i dont think ive ever done a random post on my blog so here goes....

• Why do street vendors (recharge card, drinks, mags etc) come to your car and slap whatever it is they r selling against your window? Like seriosuly?? back up off me! r u crazy? do u think that if i need to buy whatever it is u r selling i wouldnt holla at u. Nigga move!!
  
• why oh why did i turn up for a meeting last week and i was d only female (nothing new there really but..) with 12 guys only for me to hear one of them go, please lets pray? dude? what about exactly? and then he stares at me and says can someone pray for us, i just looked at him like homie u cnt be seriouss.. dnt get it wrong o im all for been religious and all but come on, in a room with 15 ppl? how about if im muslim and then u start ur in Jesus name?
• i miss London! when iw as living there i could eat ANYTHING and not put on weight, cos u walk every damn where, u run for d bus d train and everything! in lagos, men u drive everywhere o, to d 'corner shop' sef u drive, so therefore 36 realises that contrary to what she thought before she can actually put on weight... and i have gone up a FULL dress size in d last month or so. madness i tell u
• why is it dat drivers/domestic help r just hell bent on making u show ur area girl side? ive been driving myself for 2 weeks now cos my driver upped and left! after having a long ass conversation with him o, dude came to tell me he thinks i treat him like a slave? i asked him to give me an example of how, he says oh i just drive, u dont have conversations with me in d car! LMAO! im sorry but what am i supposed to say exactly? oh isnt the weather lovely today? bloody idiot.
• still thinking about d range rover...
• still wondering why everyone is all up in arms about buying it
• wondering why this morning as i made to buy FT from d vendor he insited on giving me city people... is it because *gasp* i am a woman.. foolish people
• people think they can just cut infront of you bcos u r a woman and clearly do not know how to drive or have anything meaningful to do with ur time.
• still wondering why people keep trying to pass off my work as theirs, im either really smart or they r really foolish. lol
• still wondering why i got this email fron 'anon' lol are we supposed to blive that someoen married you, pls do urself a favour and stop d madness, u r just a fake girl, full of pretence and lies, u r not married, u dont have a ;high flying' job as u always claim and u aint shit'..... how do u spell HATER again? i wont even dignify u by responding.
• wish i could take some time off to do this Phd.. i love d idea of being called Dr 36 Brown..
• why must women change their names when they get married? if u dont change ur name or wear a ring does that make u any less married
• grateful for friends, even more grateful for new ones
• i think i must have the best siblings in the world
• thinking there r to many birthdays in September
• Look forward to celebrating mum and dads 37Th anniversary.
• just started 2 new businesses, and they MUST work out, cos i need to be out of this 100hour week industry when i start popping out mini 36
